an accident does occur, it is an accident in the sky, not on land. If an accident were to occur, it could turn
deadly. There is little chance that this will happen, but flight attendants are the ones who help passengers
and make sure an accident doesn’t occur. Flight attendants are responsible for helping passengers travel
safely and comfortably to their destinations: checking passenger’s boarding passes and guiding them
to their seats during boarding, checking whether passengers are wearing their seat belts, and fixing
their moving items. It is the job of the flight attendant to keep everyone calm and safe in the event of an
emergency.

The ground crew is also very important for safe travel. The ground crew doesn’t work on the plane, but
on the ground, differing from the flight crew. These people work at the airport and are in charge of check-
in procedures and boarding. They work
for the passengers, but sometimes run
into problems. These jobs are service-
oriented jobs. More than half of those
who work service jobs suffer from
depression. With these things in mind,
passengers should approach them in a
brighter and more friendly way.
