said to be going through a very fast step-by-step process compared to other pandemics.
Accordingly, a considerable period of vaccine verification will be required, and even if the
actual first vaccine is developed, the supply is expected to be very slow. It is expected
that the vaccine will be supplied to the public as early as the fourth quarter of 2021 to the
first quarter of 2022 (reflecting market pharmaceutical companies’/bio analysts' opinions),

year, it will require a certain level of social distancing until the verification of the vaccine’s
stability is completed. The economic recovery in 2021 may not be as good as some
expect, and the macroeconomic impact of the vaccine needs to be viewed conservatively.
Nine vaccine candidates in phase 3 of the clinical trials
According to WHO, 179 vaccine candidates are currently being developed worldwide.
143 of them are preclinical, 36 are clinical, and 9 out of 36 clinical trials are in phase three.
Three vaccines have been granted limited use, but are currently undergoing phase three
clinical trials due to controversy over their failure to go through proper clinical trials.
