In the case of self-quarantining individuals, after sterilizing the waste, including food waste, it
should be placed in an envelope-like container provided by the health center and discarded by
contacting the health center.

There are examples of making plastic and creating new energy by recycling antiseptic products.
To recycle discarded masks, French startup Pla Steel has developed a technology to recycle

plastic. A mask is pulverized , completely decontaminated with ultraviolet light, and a very high

Through these ways, we can produce prevention products such as face shaders and make a
good influence on our society. Also, personal protective equipment can be used as liquefied bio-
fuels.
In this bad situation, where a lot of garbage is being made because of COVID-19, I think it can
serve as a time to build a foundation for overcoming this situation through developing technology.
