The Athletics Competition1) at Myeong-shin
Girls' High School was held on May 15, 2018. The
athletic competition started with the students
singing for Teachers' Day. This year, the
competition was held not on the playground
but in the gym.
First, the Big Ball Rolling2) contest started. As
players rolled their own ball, they did their best
to win the class. During the One Heart Running3)
Eun-jae Park contest, each team's players all ran to one place
and turned around the flag and went back to
_______________________________________ their team. And the players were sitting on the
1) athletics competition : 체육대회 floor, then they passed the ball over their heads
2) big ball rolling : 큰 공 굴리기 to the back player. It was very interesting game
3) one heart running : 한마음 달리기 in which all players did their best.
4) group jump rope : 단체 줄넘기
5) kickball : 발야구 Next, the group jump rope4), kickball5), and tug
6) tug of war : 줄다리기 of war6) contests were held. The group jump
rope contest started with two minutes practice
