A demonstration to recognize as an industrial disaster
A nurse suffering from the culture of burning

At a large hospital in Seoul, a nurse was forced to into extreme circumstances due to
bullying in the workplace based on something called “burning culture.” A protest began soon
after, bringing society’s blind spot regarding nurse’s human rights to light. Therefore, the
Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service recognized it as a job injury because it
judged that the death and work were related.
