The New World of Video
on Demand- Netflix

Netflix is a video streaming service which provides you many VODs
when you pay money once a month. It also is a large-scale entertainment
company that is being used by 51 million people in the US and 100
million people worldwide. It shows various TV dramas from broadcasting
companies such as ABC and FOX as well as movies from Warner Bros and
21st Century Fox. Furthermore, it releases its own TV series and movies
called Netflix Originals.

The Netflix company started its official service in Korea in 2016. It
currently offers shows from Korean broadcasting companies such as Mnet
and JTBC as well as most of the videos from the US Netflix service. Also,
Korean Netflix began to produce its own content like Busted! with EXO’s
Sehun and Jae-seok Yoo as well as the drama Love Alarm which is based on
a webtoon.

Since it provides more than 4,800 videos, it is not possible to introduce
all of them. Instead, let’s talk about a few new videos that were released in
2018.

The first video is Netflix's original mystery entertainment show
called Busted!. It is a game show which drew attention because of its
spectacular lineup1) even before the show was aired. It is mainly about a
group of detectives who are gathered by the mysterious man, K, to solve
