School

classes with answers such as “It's good to be able to take the classes you want to first,” “We
can take these classes anywhere and at any time,” and “We can rewind and hear things
                        again.”

On the cons side of things, some students reacted by saying “It is hard to concentrate,”
“The systems are hard to access,” “The servers are unreliable,” and “It's hard to
communicate with the teachers.” Also, some students suggested that improvements
should be made in regards to the number of subjects that were available to them.

Teachers also had some inconvenient problems. One common complaint was that “There
are students who don't wake up, so I have to wake them up with a phone call every class.”

When online classes were first implemented, students and teachers had a lot of difficulty
using the new system. Some students complained about the inability to write messages or
access the system for four to five hours. There were many questions and complaints about
accessing the system, such as “It doesn't function well,” “I applied for an online class, but I
was not approved,” and “I don't have permission to access the website.”

Since then, online classes have become relatively stable because of the improvements
made to accessing these sites and platforms. Recently, GS ITM obtained an order for
the EBS Online Class Restructuring Project. GS ITM put forward the idea that existing
services should take advantage of cloud technology in order to operate more efficiently.
This has led to a more stable system environment when there is a dramatic increase in the
number of people simultaneously accessing the system.
